What this site does

The site presents the playground and the restaurant and lets you send a booking request. Nothing is sold online and no payment is taken through the site.

The presentation images are, for now, 3D renderings of the space, and are marked as such. The menu and the prices may change; what applies on the day of your visit is the menu in the venue.

A booking does not exist until we confirm it

The form sends a request. The booking exists only once we contact you and confirm the date and time. Until then the slot is not held.

We contact you on the phone number or email address you left. If you hear nothing within one working day, call us: a missing digit in a phone number is far more likely than us ignoring you.

The WhatsApp button opens a conversation with the message already written. The message does not send itself — you have to press Send in WhatsApp. If you do not, nothing reaches us.

Cancellations, delays, rescheduling

If you want to cancel or reschedule, call us as early as you can. We tell you the exact deadlines when we confirm your booking, along with the rest of the details.

If you are running late, call us. We hold the table for a reasonable time, but on a busy weekend we cannot hold it indefinitely.

Prices and payment

Payment is made at the venue, by the methods accepted there. The prices shown are final prices: nothing is added to them at the till.

The price of a party package is the one confirmed to you. Items and services requested beyond the package, on the day, are paid for separately.

Right of withdrawal

Leisure and catering services booked for a specific date or period are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal — Article 16(l) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014. This does not mean you cannot cancel; it means the cancellation rules above apply, rather than automatic withdrawal.

House rules

Access to the play area is governed by the house rules. Please read them before your visit; at the entrance you may be asked to confirm that you have.

Complaints

If something went wrong, tell us first. Most things are settled on the spot or with one phone call.

If we cannot reach a solution, you may address the Romanian consumer protection authority. Information on alternative dispute resolution is at anpc.ro.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes we cannot settle directly fall to the competent courts at our registered office.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown above. Bookings already confirmed remain under the terms in force when they were confirmed.
